Living room
Featuring a modern open floor layout to make you feel at home. The faulted ceiling is ~18 (~5.5m) feet at its highest point.
Easily accommodate a generous sofa to accommodate your family and guests. A sliding door leads into the generous backyard and pool area. What makes this layout special is the flow. Even though the layout is open there still are sections to entertain and eat. Most importantly, every space is utilized and not just decoration. A working fireplace keeps you cozy during the chilly days.
Kitchen
This kitchen is seasoned with love! Every drawer and every utensil has its right place. A deep countertop island is perfect to cook and entertain. Enjoy a vista into nature or have a quick stroll to your herbs garden to perfect you masterpiece.
The high-tech kitchen features the latest appliances and is finished in Italian made cabinetry. The ceramic countertop is completely maintenance free and completed with a gorgeous waterfall (ceramic is pulled all the way to the floor). The oversized induction cooktop features 5 burners that heat up incredibly fast. All finished with a loving minimalist modern touch.
Bathrooms
The master bathroom features a walk-in shower. Perfectly designed for the water to drain easily. Not even a glass wall is required, hence no pesky task of glass cleaning is necessary. All premium faucets are made by Hansgrohe of Germany. The toilet is designed by Phillipe Stark
Bedrooms
Each bedroom has a unique shape. Perfectly designed for good Feng Shui. Both upper bedrooms on the west side feature a 3rd-floor loft, large enough to add a bed or turn into a study for children and adults alike. AC is also provided in those areas. The large master bedroom features three windows, facing west, south, and east respectively. All bedrooms have a view of the pool area.
The fourth bedroom is currently used as an office. Said bedroom also features a balcony that overlooks the pool and water view of the C100 canal that lead into the ocean. Photos will follow.
Pool
Swim laps in this generously sized pool. Capacity is ~13000 gallons of water. A powerful LED light illuminates for nightly dips or simply to enjoy the gorgeous glow. As you know, a pool is essential in Miami to refresh from the hot summer days.

A concrete beam goes across the ridge of the roof making the house very resilient to strong winds. The metal roof is much more robust than conventional tiles. Double straps are applied to keep the roof in place. This also resulted in an insurance deduction.
For further protection, the house is fitted with hurricane-impact windows. Additionally, metal panels (included) may be attached to the outside. |
